As a new Full-Time Psychiatrist at Katy Trail Community Health, you can expect a dynamic and rewarding day-to-day experience. Your daily schedule will typically run from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening hours to accommodate patient needs. You will conduct thorough evaluations, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and monitor patient progress through both in-person and telehealth sessions. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is essential, as you'll engage with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for each patient. Each day may include a mix of individual therapy sessions, medication management consultations, and educational outreach.
