- Communication: Communicate effectively with buyers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that project expectations are met.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and company expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new team members and ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance construction efficiency and quality.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; trade or technical school preferred; bachelor's degree in a related field a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of two to five years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities; knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
