At Railroad Infrastructure & Terminal Development, LLC, we are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Civil 3D Designer to join our team. As a CAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and modifying detailed drawings and plans for civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create and modify detailed drawings, plans, and layouts for civil engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to understand project requirements and translate concepts into accurate and precise drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, profiles, sections, and details.
- Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest AutoCAD Civil 3D tools, techniques, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D software is required.
- Previous experience working as an AutoCAD Technician or similar role in civil engineering or related field.
- Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
