Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Managing a diverse patient panel with a range of needs
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting tele-health visits
  • Engaging in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities
  • Collaborating with teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
  • Utilizing specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures
  • Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
  • At least 2 years' experience in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages (0+)
  • Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
  • State licensed in TX, obtained before starting at One Medical

We offer a competitive salary of $250,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as:
