Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Managing a diverse patient panel with a range of needs
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conducting tele-health visits
- Engaging in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Collaborating with teammates via daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
- Utilizing specific clinical training and performing in-office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- At least 2 years' experience in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
- State licensed in TX, obtained before starting at One Medical
We offer a competitive salary of $250,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This includes benefits such as:
