As a Kitchen Preparation Expert, your primary responsibilities will include preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. You will also be responsible for washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables, weighing and measuring ingredients, and preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers, test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, and monitor food quality while preparing food. You will also be responsible for setting up and breaking down work stations, serving food in proper portions onto proper receptacles, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen area.
