Job Description

At Heartland Business Systems, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Professional to join our engineering team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing consultative and proactive project management support to our account base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of our engineering team to provide technical assistance and support to our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and platforms to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to provide network installation assistance, review, validation, and optimization of systems and protocols.
  • Contribute to product selection and research, configuration standards and best practices, and educate our sales teams on these products and services.
  • Cross-educate and mentor other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT-related concepts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCENT or CCNA certification.
  • MCSA certification.
