P&C Consultant, Transaction Advisory Solutions Expert

Aon is seeking a highly skilled P&C Consultant to join our Transaction Advisory Solutions team in New York. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative and effective solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead due diligence projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including brokers, coverage/exposure experts, originators, client service teams, and M&A team members, as well as external partners, such as private equity firms, target companies, and insurers.
- Develop and deliver high-quality due diligence reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to transaction issues and coordinate implementation.
- Analyze data and prepare spreadsheets to support due diligence efforts.
- Provide ongoing relationship management oversight to certain private equity clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate the value that Aon brings to clients, even in challenging situations.
- Prepare proposals and make presentations to clients and prospects, showcasing Aon's expertise and capabilities.
- Travel may be required to support client needs and team collaboration.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong project management skills, coordinating activities and information flow from a group of people within specified time frames.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to draw conclusions and see the big picture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to perform under stress and tight time frames, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Broker's license or willingness to obtain.
- Insurance experience is strongly preferred.
- CPCU certification is a plus.
- MBA, CPA, or JD is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
