As a Line Cook at Halls Chophouse Nashville, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of all menu items assigned to your station. This includes taking ownership of organization, safe food handling and cleaning practices, and working in a fast-paced, intense environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a new, well-stocked exhibition kitchen with state-of-the-art equipment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute menu items to a high standard
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work effectively in a team environment
Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
Requirements:
Experience preferred but not required – We will teach you
Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced, intense environment
