Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and communication
- Monitor and analyze patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Minimum of 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pediatric ICU
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
