Job Overview:

As a vital member of our customer service team, you will engage with clients and area representatives through our inbound and outbound call center operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining seamless order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers and area managers/reps through effective communication in our call center.
  2. Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to enhance customer engagement.
  3. Process orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy in customer account information.
  4. Address complaints, manage credits, and provide thorough follow-through to resolve issues.
  5. Achieve departmental goals and uphold service standards.
  6. Act as a liaison between warehouse operations and area representatives.
  7. Manage traces, proof of deliveries, and necessary documentation for complaint resolution.
  8. Conduct outbound calls to generate customer leads and promote products.
  9. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and management.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a business-to-business customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience in inside sales is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
