Role Summary

The Vestibular Rehabilitation Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting thorough evaluations, providing tailored treatments, and educating patients and their families based on individual needs within a collaborative healthcare setting.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience treating vestibular patients, with a focus beyond BPPV in orthopedic environments. Completion of a Vestibular Rehabilitation Course within the last 5-10 years is essential, along with extensive experience in managing vestibular dysfunction cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in regular communication with the patient care team, patients, and their families
- Assess patients to identify issues and develop personalized care plans
- Instruct and train patients and families on relevant aspects of care
- Create, implement, and modify treatment plans based on patient responses, ensuring clear and measurable goals are established
- Deliver direct patient care and perform specialized treatments as per individualized care plans

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Georgia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification as per American Heart Association standards
