Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with a variety of audits, including financial, operational, and IT audits, to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review and test the design and effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas for recommendations and improvements.
  • Participate in investigations and provide support to the audit team as needed.
  • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management and audit committee members.
  • Prepare draft audit reports and assist in the preparation of final reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, business management, or computer science.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience working with internal control concepts, risk management, and audit procedures.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CIA, CPA, or CFE.
  • Experience in the retail, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with statistical sampling procedures and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
