Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

ManTech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and networks to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' data.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement secure systems and networks to meet client requirements
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify security risks
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and services
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering and security
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and standards (e.g. NIST, PCI-DSS)
  • Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools (e.g. Nessus, Burp Suite)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI
Physical Requirements:
  • Stationary work at an office desk setting 50% of time
  • Traversing to accomplish tasks by moving from one work site to another or between different floors in a building
  • Communicating with others to exchange information
  • Ability to perceive and assess employee productivity
