Luxury Packaging Designer

Venus Et Fleur is seeking a talented Graphic and Packaging Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating high-end, luxury packaging solutions and printed collateral that elevate the customer experience and align with our brand's aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and design physical products and packaging for our luxury brand, focusing on structural design, material selection, and finishing details.
- Create detailed Tech Packs with product specifications.
- Develop printed collateral for inserts, labels, tags, and other brand materials accompanying our products.
- Assist in the creation of concept and product presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create luxurious graphics for packaging, marketing materials, and special projects.
- Ensure all designs meet the brand's visual standards while balancing functionality and visual appeal.
- Review samples and provide feedback on execution.
- Manage design projects from concept to completion, including packaging mock-ups, print materials, and digital assets.
- Work closely with sourcing manager and vendors to ensure packaging design is executed with precision and quality.
- Maintain consistency across all packaging and graphic design elements, adhering to brand guidelines.
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least two years focused on packaging design for physical products.
- Expertise in packaging materials, structures, and production processes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing physical objects, packaging, and print design projects, ideally for luxury or premium brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Rhino, Google Suite/MS Office.
- Knowledge of packaging manufacturing processes, including die-lines, print production, and finishes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
- Experience creating illustrations and patterns is a plus.
