Job Overview: As a Medical Oncology RN at HCA HealthONE Rose, you will be part of a team that provides high-quality patient-centered care in line with the department's requirements and nursing standards. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will deliver personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models.
About the Role: We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Oncology RN. You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. You will also perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record.

- Assessing patient condition and reporting any changes
- Performing procedures and ensuring accurate documentation
- Providing exceptional care and responding promptly to patient requests
- Educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions and treatment plans
