A Care Associate is a dedicated professional responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents in our senior living community. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in senior care and support.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes resident satisfaction and well-being.
- CNA certification or equivalent experience in senior care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Basic life support certification (CPR/AED) and first aid training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers and ambulation as needed.
