Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at US Engine Valve. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine malfunctions to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and extend its lifespan.
  • Locate and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical problems to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
  • Assist in the training of other maintenance personnel and production associates to ensure a high level of expertise within the team.
  • Ensure that job functions maintain or improve product quality by adhering to quality control standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced education or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with electrical systems from 24V DC to 480V AC is essential.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints is required.
