Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide therapy sessions to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of practice
- 2 years of recent experience in speech therapy, preferably in a home health setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Experience working with patients with complex communication and swallowing disorders
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in speech therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate: $59.28 - $74.09
