About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Future Chevrolet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, recording, and submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Responsibilities
  • Process warranty claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Verify criteria required by the factory or distributor
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule
  • Resubmit rejected claims promptly and/or receive authorization to write them off
  • Follow up on payment of outstanding claims
  • File and maintain all service records as required by the warrantor
  • Stay informed of all factory recalls and bulletins
  • Work closely with the Factory Rep to ensure compliance with GM requirements
Requirements
  • 2 years of warranty administrator experience, with GM/ Chevrolet experience preferred
  • Automotive software experience, with CDK preferred
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
