Onsite Manager Job Description

At Wagner - Technical, we are looking for a highly skilled Onsite Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our staffing services for one of our major clients.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

You will be responsible for conducting job interviews, evaluating candidate capabilities, and administering necessary training programs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
