Recruitment Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Manager to join our team at Wagner - Technical. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring seamless onboarding, and maintaining a high level of employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires.
• Process job orders efficiently and accurately match candidates with available positions.
• Determine candidate capabilities and skill sets to ensure optimal placements.
• Develop and maintain a robust recruiting network.
• Administer performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage attendance and timekeeping records effectively.
