Job Summary:
ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a skilled Residential Drain Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in drain cleaning and maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve drain-related issues in residential properties, providing clear explanations and options to customers.
- Clean drains using cable or high-pressure water jetting, and perform pipe inspections with cameras.
- Unclog sewers, sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures using plumbing snakes and machines.
- Maintain and fuel company vehicles, stock service trucks with necessary parts, and ensure machinery is in good working order.
- Transport materials and tools to job sites, and accurately account for tools and equipment.
- Complete all required documentation on services and collect fees from customers.
- Perform basic drain cleaning functions using small to large-sized drain cleaning machines.
- Have a basic understanding of plumbing systems and be able to remove and reset toilets and P-traps.
Requirements:
- A valid Texas Plumbing License.
- 2 years of experience in drain-related services preferred.
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
