Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled and friendly management professional to join our team in Brattleboro, VT. As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in all aspects of cafe operations, focusing on sales growth, customer service, and team building. You'll connect with customers and staff, and have a hands-on role in building our community-conscious cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and hire talented individuals to fulfill staffing needs
  • Train, mentor, and motivate shift leaders and other personnel
  • Assist the General Manager in building the cafe's profits, strengthening the company culture, improving customer service, food quality, and team members' morale
