We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Client Care Specialist to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relations: Provide warm and welcoming service to clients and their pets, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently manage appointments, schedule surgeries, and coordinate services and treatments.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, veterinarians, and other team members to ensure seamless care and service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and record-keeping.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a veterinary or customer service setting.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a veterinary reception or customer service role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in practice management software.
