- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently manage appointments, schedule surgeries, and coordinate services and treatments.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, veterinarians, and other team members to ensure seamless care and service.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and record-keeping.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns and issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a veterinary or customer service setting.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a veterinary reception or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in practice management software.
- Values: Embody the values of excellence, integrity, compassion, and commitment to continuing education.
