Job Overview

Artisan Stoneworks is a leading marble and stone contracting firm with a strong reputation in the industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafter/AutoCAD Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and Rhino, with the ability to read blueprints and red-line their own work.

Responsibilities will include preparing complete and accurate shop drawings, anchor details, and fabrication tickets from architectural plans, detail drawings, sketches, or notes.

The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, and clear written and verbal skills.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as a generous benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D, and Rhino
  • Ability to read blueprints and red-line own work
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Clear written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work in a group
  • Ability to independently manage time
  • Valid license

We are based on Long Island but work primarily in the NYC Metro area, with some travel required on a national level.
