Job Responsibilities:
The Forklift Operator will be tasked with the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to manage the movement and storage of materials within our facility. Key responsibilities include:
  • Operating forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
  • Loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles.
  • Moving products to designated storage areas and production lines.
  • Performing routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts.
  • Keeping accurate logs of material movements.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and contributing to process improvements.


Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
  • Valid forklift certification.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations related to forklift operation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Physical capability to lift and handle heavy materials.
  • No medical conditions that would impede forklift operation.
