Key Responsibilities
  • Lot Maintenance: Ensure the exterior lot is clean and free of debris, including sweeping and power washing as needed.
  • Vehicle Organization: Maintain the lot by moving and organizing vehicles to ensure a visually appealing display.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and organization to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Customer Service: Deliver vehicles to customers and assist with their needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom and service waiting area, including removing trash and cleaning regularly.
  • Event Support: Assist with dealership events and promotions as needed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness and organizational standards of the lot.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Consistent attention to detail.
  • Able to capably communicate with a variety of personnel.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Able to reliably complete tasks on time.
  • Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
