Job Title: Greeter/To-Go Specialist

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Greeter/To-Go Specialist to join our team at Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to each guest, including opening the door and answering phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Handle take-out and call-in orders, ring orders, and package food in appropriate containers.
  • Ensure the greeting station and retail areas are well-stocked and maintained.
  • Deliver food to guests in the restaurant parking lot as needed.
  • Seat guests immediately in a table or booth that is comfortable for them, while following the Floor Chart.
  • Use a wait management system to manage the flow of the restaurant while on a Wait.
  • Attend to guests with small children, providing a Kid's Pack, highchair, sling, or booster as needed.
  • Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies every 20 minutes.
  • Run food from the Expo area and pre-bus tables as needed.
  • Buss and clean tables and booths as needed.
  • Communicate guest questions or concerns to Coaches as appropriate.
  • Balance cash drawer as needed.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures throughout shift.
Requirements:
  • Ability to write and read the English language.
  • Good communication skills, friendly, and people-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
  • Possesses basic math skills.
  • Able to operate POS system for transactions.
