About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Spa Management & Wellness Leader to join our Cowshed Spa team at Soho House & Co. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the spa's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cowshed Spa team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance member and guest experiences.
  • Manage budgets, analyze forecasts, and identify opportunities to increase profit margins through new revenue streams.
  • Ensure compliance with finance procedures, security protocols, and banking regulations.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and local leadership to maintain and manage reporting on monthly performance against budget projections.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Events Team to promote facility services, retail products, and amenities to optimize new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7+ years' experience in a similar role within retail, beauty, health, and/or wellness.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety matters.
  • Strong communication and people skills, business savvy, and technology efficiency.
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (when applicable).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Masters degree in sport science, business administration, or management, or another related field.
