About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Analyst to join our team at Collabera. In this role, you will administer corporate benefit plans and programs, including retiree health plans, corporate well-being programs, and other related areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer benefits plans, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee enrollments and changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support annual enrollment process, developing communications and advising on eligibility, coverage, and other benefits matters.
  • Conduct data entry of benefit elections, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Identify, research, and resolve benefits-related inquiries, providing expert knowledge and guidance as needed.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex benefits information.
  • Familiarity with benefits software and systems, including data entry and record-keeping tools.
