About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Radiology Receptionist/ File Clerk to join our team at Garden City Hospital. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and greet patients in a polite and friendly manner
  • Prepare requisitions for outpatients and file patient reports
  • Retrieve patient records for physicians or medical records
  • Provide clerical support by utilizing telephone, computer, office equipment, and PACS
  • Run errands throughout the facility as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in receptionist work
  • Knowledge of Radiology terminology
  • A High School diploma or Equivalent
