Job Opportunity

BHSN, a leading provider of whole-person care, is seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Clinician to join our team.

Your Role:

As a School-Based Clinician, you will provide evidence-based individual, group, and family interventions in school settings, focusing on the mental health and well-being of children and families.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Engage children and families in comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapies, as well as crisis intervention services as needed
  • Collaborate with school personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet or exceed 60% billable direct service

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
  • LMHC/LMSW/LCSW preferred
  • Ability to work with children and families, with a valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to coordinate services in different school settings and work a flexible schedule
