BHSN is seeking a passionate and dedicated School-Based Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our community outreach program, you will provide evidence-based individual, group, and family interventions entirely in school settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage children and families in comprehensive assessments of strengths and needs
  • Develop treatment plans based on assessment of need
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapies
  • Facilitate crisis intervention services as clinically needed
  • Meet or exceed 60% billable direct service
  • Collaborate with school personnel and complete required documents
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required
  • LMHC/LMSW/LCSW preferred
  • Ability to work with children and families
  • Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to coordinate services in different school settings
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of families
