Job Title: Entry-Level Medical Lab Technician

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Medical Lab Technicians. As a Medical Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform microscopy work and read cultures to identify microorganisms.
  • Prepare laboratory specimens for analysis and ensure proper handling and storage.
  • Research and troubleshoot customer and specimen problems to provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Send test requests to the proper location and release test results in a timely manner.
  • Assist clients with specimen-related requests and inquiries.
  • Process specimens to be sent out to additional facilities.
  • Provide support to various areas of the laboratory, including sample sorting, racking, and retrieving.
  • Prepare record logs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field, such as Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Genetics, or Medical Laboratory Science.
