About the Job:

We're looking for a Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team at Creative IT. As a key member of our compliance team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs for clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Consult with clients on their specific compliance needs, providing guidance on software development lifecycles and internal controls.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, updating compliance programs accordingly.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in consulting standards such as HIPAA, SOC, PCI, NIST, or CIS.
  • Proven history of consulting and working with business executives.
  • Familiarity with frameworks for internal controls.
  • Understanding of Plans of Action and Milestones.
