We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanic for Rail Vehicle Maintenance (m/f/d) to join our team in Nuremberg. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining rail vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Preparing used and worn parts for reuse
- Carrying out conversion and adaptation work on trains, documenting all work steps carefully
- Maintaining and repairing fixtures and tools at workstations
- Assembling and disassembling rail vehicles, assemblies, and assembly parts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed vocational training in the industrial-technical field, such as industrial mechanics, metalworking, locksmithing, construction mechanics, production mechanics, or mechatronics
- Willingness to work in shifts, including early and late shifts
