  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that the restaurant is operating efficiently.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other Shift Managers and restaurant leaders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-year experience as a Shift Lead or Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk entire shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Occasional bending and twisting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
