Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Therapy: Conduct in-depth evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify students' unique speech and language needs. Develop and implement creative, personalized therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, social communication, and more.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Foster open communication and collaboration to promote student success.
  • Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress, ensuring each individual reaches their communication goals.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Eligible for or holding a Maryland SLP license. ASHA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience: School-based experience is a plus, but a passion for student success is essential.
