We are on the lookout for a meticulous and seasoned Commercial Estimator. The successful candidate will be tasked with generating precise and competitive cost assessments for commercial door and window initiatives. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project blueprints and specifications to create comprehensive cost estimates.
  • Engage with sales teams, project managers, and clients to grasp project needs.
  • Draft and deliver bid proposals, detailing labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
  • Identify and assess cost elements, including production timelines and raw material costs.
  • Stay informed about market dynamics, pricing, and construction methodologies.

  • Revise estimates based on project modifications and client input.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial estimating, ideally within the door and window sector.
  • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
