Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrative Support Specialist to assist in managing our daily financial operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Utilize accounting software for processing financial transactions
  • Reconcile and uphold general ledger accounts
  • Provide administrative assistance to the finance department
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other financial software
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Experience in general ledger reconciliation
  • Capable of performing various clerical tasks efficiently
  • Strong technical skills in accounting practices
