Adecco is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team in a warehouse environment. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, transporting, and delivering materials to various departments within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Receiving and Processing: Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness, and verify against records such as manifests and invoices.
- Material Handling: Transport materials to designated areas, using hand tools and power tools as needed.
- Packing and Shipping: Prepare materials for shipping, including labeling and affixing postage.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production associates and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate a pallet jack, and use hand tools.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP software
- Communication: Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive Pay: $18.50 per hour
- Pay Rate Increase: After 60 days
- Weekly Pay: Paid bi-weekly
- Paid Breaks: Regular breaks throughout the shift
