Parts Specialist

TruckPro is seeking a Parts Specialist for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Truck Parts. This position is responsible for performing sales activities inside the store by providing customer service and developing sales relationships with customers over the phone, via email, and in-person.

Parts Specialist Responsibilities Includes:
- Obtain sales orders for heavy duty truck parts
- Determine customers need for truck parts
- Assist customers with warranties
- Generate tickets for orders to warehouse
- Process orders for outside sales team
Successful Parts Specialist Candidates Will Have:
- 1-2 years experience in heavy duty truck parts
- Passion for customer service
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Strong Communication (oral & written)
- Organization and time management
