Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leading financial services company, Quest Financial, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join their support team in Sandy Springs, GA. This is a temporary position starting ASAP and lasting 6-8 weeks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, handling active calendars, scheduling meetings, ensuring file organization, and providing ad hoc support around the office as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, excellent communication skills, and a high level of initiative. The salary for this position is $25/HR, with flexibility depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have a strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines. The responsibilities of this role include

  • Handling and coordinating active calendars
  • Scheduling and confirming meetings
  • Ensuring file organization based on office protocol
  • Ordering lunches for teams
  • Providing ad hoc support around the office as needed

The qualifications for this role include

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
