US Housing Consultants is seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to provide regulatory compliance services for public housing authorities across the US. The position is based in our office in Dunwoody, GA, and requires four days per week in the office, which will gradually transition into being fully remote.

The successful candidate will have experience providing support to a team of professionals who produce a high volume of reports and materials such as capital needs assessments and energy audits. Candidates may also have previous experience in real estate, law offices, lending institutions, or appraisal companies. The ideal candidate will be able to learn and understand complex government regulations related to income-restricted housing.

This is a full-time position with a growing national company that has a small office in Dunwoody, GA. The successful candidate will function as a logistical point person for that office as the company transitions to fully remote. They will provide support for a team of professionals based in Dunwoody and in remote locations.

Qualified individuals will have the following skills and abilities:

  • Proficiency in standard software packages, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems such as Salesforce, and various portals for government agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to finalize and deliver a high volume of highly technical reports to clients.
  • Familiarity with Affordable Housing or Public Housing programs is a plus.
