Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a comprehensive suite of goals-oriented financial planning and wealth strategies, including thorough assessments of client requirements.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the latest planning methodologies, tools, and strategies offered by the firm.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with the management team, ensuring they are informed of any situations necessitating supervisory review in accordance with compliance protocols.
  • Identify potential clients and effectively utilize referrals.
  • Deliver tailored solutions utilizing the full spectrum of resources available through Bank of America Merrill.
  • Comprehend all facets of an optimal practice and engage in the necessary training and development to ensure a prosperous career as a Financial Consultant.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of FINRA Series 7 & 65 (or 66) registrations, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A well-established and portable practice with at least $1MM in production.
  • Experience in managing client portfolios and driving business growth.
  • Demonstrated skills in relationship building and business development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred.
  • Proven capability in partnership and lead generation promotion.
  • Experience in balancing investment management, sales initiatives, and new client acquisition.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A highly entrepreneurial mindset.
