We are on the lookout for an Entry-Level Legal Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide essential legal administrative support in a collaborative environment, which includes but is not limited to:
- Offering general secretarial assistance to attorneys and staff
- Engaging in communication with clients
- Maintaining client records and filing systems
Essential Skills:
- Confidence in supporting multiple billing professionals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capacity to thrive in a customer service-oriented environment
- Meticulous attention to detail while managing high volumes of work in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
