Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing 1-1 specialized treatment to our clients in a home-based setting. You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to monitor progress.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Collect data to monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans and report progress
  • Support BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties
  • Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area(s)
Requirements
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
