Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making product recommendations.
  • Support sales and service initiatives by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store displays.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist with store operations, including receiving and processing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting visual merchandising efforts.
  • Participate in sales and service training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Previous retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of outdoor activities and products preferred.
