Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to oversee and manage various projects within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively, aligning with our strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and execution of product initiatives from initial concept through to delivery, ensuring timely completion across multiple departments.
  • Manage company-wide projects from start to finish, ensuring all activities are coordinated and aligned with project timelines.
  • Establish project schedules based on client and organizational needs.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, providing regular updates to both management and clients as necessary.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with Department Managers to assess resource needs and communicate any gaps to Executive Management.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates on project progress, key milestones, and timelines.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects to ensure all objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement best practices and tools for effective project management.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist Executive Management with various projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Competence in Microsoft Word.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, with a willingness to pursue additional training to enhance skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external clients.

Required Abilities:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure.
  • Effective collaborator across various departments.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in project coordination is advantageous.
  • Background in manufacturing or product development is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is beneficial.
