  8. Assesses the financial impact of strategic initiatives by conducting research to evaluate business vision and objectives.
  9. Creates budgets and forecasts in alignment with strategic initiatives by analyzing budgeting trends and coordinating with teams to develop departmental budgets.
  10. Implements performance evaluations by utilizing templates and software applications; conducts complex financial analyses; and completes variance analyses.
  11. Assists with internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules and reviewing results.
  12. Analyzes operational and financial performance to support field operations.
  13. Conducts financial statement analysis of business partners to determine financial viability and assess risk implications.
  14. Prepares reports for regional leaders on strategic fiscal matters to facilitate financial management across the organization; organizes meetings to review financial outcomes.
  15. Performs and evaluates financial, utilization, and benchmark analytics to support strategic financial planning.
  16. Gathers and prepares recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activities, and operating forecasts, applying financial concepts for effective planning and control.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a directly related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
